Episode 30: Both/And

We talk about it all the time, and we FINALLY did an episode on it - the both/and! If you're a regular HH podcast listener, then you know that Kristen and Sammy regularly reference the both/and. To us this refers to an inclusive, holistic, lens that allows one to see beyond the either/or singular framework that we've been conditioned to view the world through. More often there is a both/and of multiplicity, where many things are true at once. This perspective is an important one when it comes to making space for all of you (and others!) to show up, both inwardly and outwardly. Let's talk about it!
